Police locate runaway last seen Feb. 2 in Honomu

Update: Police reported on Wednesday, July 15, that Sasa Toaiva, who had been reported as a runaway in April, has been located. She was found in good health with family on Oahu, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

Police are looking for 16-year-old girl missing since Feb. 2.

Sasa Toaiva was last seen in Honomu, according to the Hawaii Police Department. She’s described as being 5-foot, 1-inch tall, weighing 125 pounds with long, straight brown hair, medium complexion and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the department’s nonemergency number at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
