One-day fishing tournament will be held this Saturday

The Hawaii Big Game Fishing Club is holding its second monthly, one-day fishing tournament on Saturday, Feb. 20, and it is called the February Club House Shootout because The Club is using the funds to maintain the club house roof.

The entry fee is only $225 bucks per team and The Club gets $25 bucks per team, and $200 bucks per team goes to the purse. Forty percent will be paid to the single largest marlin weighed and 20% will be paid to each of the largest ahi, ono and mahi mahi. If any category goes unclaimed because no fish qualified, the purse from that category will be split amongst the winners in the categories with qualifying fish. Jungle rules.
