Hawaii Island police are seeking public assistance in locating Kuolo Kukua, 26, of the Kona district.

The Area II Special Enforcement Unit is seeking Kukua on a variety of outstanding arrest warrants totaling $200,000, according to a departmental release.

Kukua stands at 5-feet, 10-inches and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He is described as a local male with black hair and multiple tattoos, several of which are prominently visible on his neck and both arms.

HPD asks anyone with information on Kukua’s location to contact Sgt. Edwin A. Buyten or Officer Chandler Nacino at 936-5171 or 326-4646.
