Big Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Heaven Aipia-Drummondo of Hilo, who was reported as a runaway.
Aipia-Drummondo is described as being 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is known to frequent the Waikoloa and Kohala areas.
