c Kali Lotoaiki Laulea, 30, of California, pleaded guilty Jan. 20 to failure to have a place to keep a pistol or revolver. He was sentenced to five years probation with conditions that he pay $755 in fines and fees, serve 18 months incarceration, with credit for time served and all remaining time suspended, obtain full-time work or enroll in an educational or vocational training program and provide DNA and print impressions to police.
c Robin Mojean, 54, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty Jan. 20 to second-degree burglary and first-degree terroristic threatening. She was sentenced Jan. 26 to pay $860 in fines and fees, five years probation, serve one year incarceration with credit for 33 days served and all but 45 days suspended, obtain full-time work or enroll in an educational or vocational training program, provide DNA and print impressions to police and write a letter of apology to the victim.
c Ronald Peter Caravalho, 73, of Halaula, pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. He was sentenced to pay $755 in fines and fees, five years probation, and serve one year incarceration with credit for time served and all but 30 days suspended, and provide DNA and print impressions to police.
c Shelby K. Smith, 36, of Captain Cook, pleaded guilty Jan. 23 to harassment. She was sentenced to pay a $30 fee and serve five days incarceration with credit for time served.
c Lono Dixon Enos, 32, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty Dec. 8 to unauthorized entry into a dwelling and second-degree assault. He was sentenced Jan. 25 to pay $970 in fines and fees, five years probation, one year incarceration with credit for time served and the stipulation that six months will be suspended should he enter a residential substance abuse treatment program, complete domestic violence and parenting classes, obtain full-time work or enroll in an educational or vocational program, provide DNA and print impressions to police, and write a letter of apology to the victim.
c Curtis Lavern Warner, 46, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty Jan. 26 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant, driving with a suspended license, failure to have no-fault motor vehicle insurance, first-degree unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal property damage, and two counts first-degree terroristic threatening. He was sentenced to pay $1,646 in fines and fees and $13,037.66 in restitution, serve concurrently 30 days incarceration for the DUI, driving with a suspended license and insurance offenses, one year incarceration for the unauthorized entry and criminal property damage offenses, and six months incarceration for the theft and terroristic threatening offenses, with credit for 127 days served and all but six months suspended, and write a letter of apology to the victim. His license was also revoked.
c Camry J. Olix-Bush, 21, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty Jan. 12 to second-degree promoting a detrimental drug. He was sentenced Feb. 2 to pay $380 in fees, one year probation, serve 30 days incarceration with credit for time served and all remaining time suspended, start work toward a GED, complete a parenting class and obtain full-time work or enroll in an educational or vocational training program. He was also granted a conditional discharge of the guilty plea, which in drug cases allows the court to discharge the person and dismiss the proceedings against the person if terms and conditions are met, according to Hawaii Revised Statutes.
