The annual Kona Coast Cub Day Camp was held June 8 and 9. The theme was “Medieval Days.” The Scouts designed their own armor, shields and weapons during their scouting meetings. On the morning on June 8, there was a parade at Higashihara Park, the location of the Friday camp. The boys had five different activities they participated in including BB gun shooting and archery. June 9, there were five more events, including swimming and the boys enjoyed a medieval lunch of drumsticks, rolls and corn on the cob. There were more than 45 boys in attendance.
