Manecio Udasco Ruiz Pascua, 87, of Keaau died Sept. 15 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born Aug. 20, 1925, in Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he was a vegetable farmer and member of Keaau Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Friends may call at 5 p.m. Oct. 26 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 6 p.m. wake service. Friends may call at 8 a.m. Oct. 27 at Keaau Holy Rosary Catholic Church for a 10 a.m. Mass. Burial is at Homelani Memorial Park (Ilima Section). Family requests casual attire be worn.
He is survived by wife, Lourdes Pascua of Keaau; daughters, Gertrudes (Silvano) Namnama, Lorma (Julio) Vila and Maryland (Wilmer) Gonzales, all of Keaau; sons, Melecio (Mitas) Pascua of Philippines, Macario (Marjorie) Pascua and Manuel Pascua, both of Keaau; 11 grandchildren.
