Fire engines on parade at preschool event

The children and families of the PACT Head Start Preschool at Kealakehe Elementary recently participated in a “fire engine parade.”

Teachers Sandra Daiker and Deanna Vaughn began a project-based study with a visit from the Kailua-Kona Fire Department. After the students completed their fire engines, they joined with family members in a parade.
