Hawaii Electric Light announces a partial lane closure near the intersection of Napoopoo Road and Mamalahoa Highway starting Saturday. One lane will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily except Sundays for hole digging operations and the installation of new utility poles.
Utility construction is expected to be completed by the end of May, weather permitting. Motorists are advised to expect delays of 10-15 minutes and to drive with caution.
