The South Kohala Traffic Safety Committee will host their monthly meeting at 4 p.m. on July 12 at the Waimea Civic Center conference room near the Courts and Police Station.
All residents are welcome to voice concerns or suggestions over street safety. The State DOT (Highways and Harbors), County Police, County Public Works (Engineering and Traffic Safety) and two County Council representatives use input from the committee to decide road project funding, traffic law enforcement efforts and other issues.
