Spencer Beach Park gets shut down if there is no water. Why doesn’t the Department of Clean Water Branch get it’s butt down to Pohoiki and shut down the beach until the county puts a water truck there to wash the bacteria off the people after they swim.. The State Water quality guy at the beach a few weeks back was yelling at people for swimming in the water and got in his truck and peeled out – he was mad BUT HAS HE DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT????
