Sadly living in a very sick society
We are sadly living in a very sick society. The fact that in 43 states, anyone can purchase an AR-15 assault rifle and walk into an elementary school and kill and hurt so many children and teachers is just incomprehensible to me.
Across the United States just seven states and the District of Columbia have imposed laws, which ban guns classed as assault weapons. Those states are California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York. The NRA has such a powerful hold on some people, it is just ridiculous.
Congress needs to act now and not wait for the next mass shooting event to enact some life saving gun control laws.

Howzit bra or hey braddah is always used with a touch of Aloha and respect that is how I grew up. “Da Braddahs” comedy team of James Roche and Tony Silva are engaging in gaslighting Josh Green, in the same way, Barrack Obama was gaslighted by dishonest, unscrupulous people who claimed he was not born in Hawaii and that he was a Muslim. The behavior of “Da Bradda “leads me to believe they should rename themselves “Da two lepo.” It would much more reflect a true picture of them.

Every one at KCH deserves a Daisy Award
After hearing, for years, that the Kona Community Hospital should be avoided at all costs, I am hear to tell you that this is not true and how lucky we are to have such a wonderful hospital to take care of us.
I recently had a stat there of about 10 days and the care could not have been better. From the start in the emergency room until the discharge I received nothing but first class care and aloha from everyone I came in contact with. The doctors were all patient and kind and as far as I am concerned every nurse, nurse assistant, technican and all other personnel deserve the Daisy Award.

John Cruz concert was awesome
My Grammy Award friend put on a supper awesome concert on May 28 at the prestigious Kahilu Theatre. Both shows were sold out and Kahilu Theatre must bring John Cruz back soon for I know of so many people who couldn’t get off their work schedule to view this super awesome phenomenon.
Great to see my friend Blayne Asing on the bass who kept the band tight. Blayne also took a turn on electric guitar and was super awesome.
Not too often you get to experience a Grammy Award winner like John Cruz performing in Waimea. Oh yeah, John’s brother Tony Cruz was super awesome too on the background vocals. All in all, John Cruz’s concert at Kahilu Theatre was like a night in heaven. Enough said!
