Power restored in Naalehu, Pahala

Power has been restored to the approximately 1,000 Hawaii Electric Light Co. customers in Pahala and Naalehu who experienced an outage earlier today.

HELCO said its crews identified an issue in its Punaluu substation and are working to address it. Switching was performed and power was restored to those affected by 12:45 today.
