Big Island police are asking the public’s help identifying a man wanted in connection with numerous instances of fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of more than $1,700 in Hilo, Waimea and Pahoa.
The man is described as “local” or Hispanic, in his late 20s to early 30s, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a bald head, goatee, and tattoos on his neck and left arm, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
Anyone with information on his identity or whereabouts should call the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 329-8181 or 961-8300 in Hilo. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
