Isemoto Contracting Co. Ltd. for Laaloa Avenue phases 1 and 2 has extended the construction work schedule for the upper and lower sections of Laaloa Avenue the remainder of this month. This is to prepare the road shoulders for paving in July.
The longer work schedule continues through June 30. Construction will last 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday; 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Potential one-lane closures may occur from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Alii Drive within 500 feet north or south of the Laaloa intersection.
