Police search for Waimea teen

Hawaii Island police are searching for a 15-year-old Waimea boy who was reported missing.

Hokulani Anakalea-Kahakai was last seen in Waimea Aug. 14, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is described as Hawaiian, 5-foot-8, weighing 180 pounds, and having short black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the Police Department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.
