A 31-year-old Kailua-Kona man is wanted by Big Island police on two outstanding bench warrants for contempt of court.
Halatoa Fakatoumafi is described as 5-foot-10, 240 pounds with brown eyes and short black hair, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
