Kudos for pono service

I was born on Oahu and worked for Matson. I soon learned job performance appraisals were expressed in one of two ways; “Aw, dammit” and “Atta boy!”

Sadly, at work and out in the community, there are far more “Aw, dammits” expressed, than the reverse.

So recently, to run across one exemplary “Atta boy,” when dealing with a local company was nice. Two are noteworthy.

I had problems with two different pieces of equipment, from American Machine and Kona Rent all Equipment. In both cases they helped me out more than fairly and certainly deserve “Atta boys” in my opinion.

Mahalo for the kokua, guys and gals, and all other local business that do it pono.
