BZNH purpose workshop planned in Honokaa

Residents and visitors are invited to join Blue Zones Project North Hawaii and Third Thursday Thrive for a free workshop 6-8 p.m. this Thursday at NHERC.

Led by volunteer Tina Stuart, the class is designed to help attendees find or renew their true purpose. All will have tools to take home. Bring a healthy dish to share, an individual plate and utensils.
