Kona Adult Day Center receives donation

Kona Business and Professional Women Representative, outgoing president Lynn Gusman presented Kona Adult Day Center with a $1,000 donation. The funds will be used to purchase supplies for clients’ daily activities. On hand to receive the check from President Gusman were Executive Director Rowena Tiqui, Lydia Lopez, and Marvelene Gouveia.

The Kona Business and Professional Women club raises money annually to support their charitable giving and scholarships by selling jam at the Kona Coffee Cultural Festival and poinsettias before Christmas at Hale Halewai.
