Hawaii readers have a new, web-based resource available that will connect them to local authors from the Hawaii area.
The Hawaii community has been recently added to the Hometown Reads digital bookshelf. Local Hawaii authors are now able to showcase their books for free on a national, digital platform designed to connect them with local readers.
Readers can discover books from Hawaii authors at hometownreads.com/city/Hawaii with books from many genres — something for every reader’s interests.
Additionally, Hometown Reads seeks to identify more authors to feature on the site. Authors can sign up to have their books featured for free at hometownreads.com/join.
The Hometown Reads website showcases nearly 5,000 books. Currently featured titles from Hawaii include:
