Motorists asked to avoid part of Akoni Pule; no active threats reported
KAILUA-KONA — Police are asking motorists to avoid Route 270, Akoni Pule Highway, between Upolu Airport and Hoea Road from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. today as police continue investigating previous incidents.
The Hawaii Police Department said in a release that there are no active threats.
