HONOKAA — The County of Hawaii Department of Public Works Highways Division will perform general maintenance on Waipio Valley Road from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, weather and construction conditions permitting.
Waipio Valley Road will be closed while maintenance work is conducted. Signs will be posted advising motorists of the road closure. Waipio Valley Road will be open to local traffic only (residents and farmers) during this time.
The County of Hawaii Department of Public Works apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks the community for their patience and understanding.
