A 26-year-old Keaukaha woman is facing assault and terroristic threatening charges after allegedly stabbing her 21-year-old neighbor on Saturday.

Shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday, South Hilo patrol officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Kalanianaole Street in Hilo to a report of a fight that resulted in a woman being stabbed, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

The victim and witnesses reported to police that Kailey Kakuluike Vincent and a neighbor were involved in a verbal dispute that turned physical.
