Police seek public’s help locating 14-year-old

Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old Hilo girl who was reported as a runaway.

Lokelani Troche-Nobriga was last seen around 8:30 p.m. Jan. 11 in Hilo, according to the Hawaii Police Department. She is described as being 4 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 119 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, light blue jeans and red shoes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call the department’s nonemergency line at (808) 935-3311.
