Yurong, who is known to frequent Kailua-Kona, is described as being 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, according to police.He has an outstanding warrant of arrest in connection to a burglary and is also wanted on a bench warrant for contempt of court.
