Democrats Case, Tokuda win Hawaii’s congressional seats

HONOLULU — Voters in Hawaii’s 2nd Congressional District elected a new U.S. representative Tuesday after the incumbent, U.S. Rep. Kaiali’i Kahele, decided not to seek re-election.
