Waimea therapy animal vies for ‘Pet of the Year’

Darby, the therapy mini-horse, accompanies a released patient who's exiting Queen's North Hawaii Community Hospital, as Lynn Scully (masked), QNHCH marketing and communications manager and Darby's owner, holds on to his rein. Lynn Scully is the owner of Darby, the mini-horse and therapy pet. Her last name was incorrect in a photo caption in Tuesday’s edition. The Tribune-Herald regrets the error. (courtesy/photo)
