Those who receive a notification card for someone that no longer lives at the address or has passed away, write “NOT AT THIS ADDRESS” or “DECEASED” and drop the card back in the mail.

If you don’t receive a notification card, or your information needs to be updated, you can go online to olvr.hawaii.gov and update your information immediately.

You can also mail in or drop off an updated voter registration form, available on at website www.elections.hawaiicounty.gov or in any of the election offices or satellite locations listed on the website.

As an elections-by-mail state, accurate and current voter registration information is necessary to ensure you receive your ballot in the mail.
