Trump holds rally in Wisconsin city where his promises of new jobs fell short

RACINE, Wisconsin — Donald Trump addressed supporters on Tuesday at a rally in Racine, Wisconsin, seeking to present himself as the best candidate for the U.S. economy even as a major local factory that he broke ground on six years ago ended up a flop.
