Senior Fit Club will kick off at 1:30 p.m. on Mondays beginning today, continuing Oct. 15, 22 and 29. There will be a variety of modalities on DVD to choose from. Physical activity is one of the most important steps to take toward improving and maintaining health. Studies show that people who stay active are more likely to live longer and remain independent.
